Application Template

Here is a guide to the application form you need to fill in. Copy and paste the code at the bottom of this post into a new thread on the 'Character Applications' board, with your character's name as the subject of the thread (in this format please: "Surname FIRST NAME").

You must have your character accepted by a member of staff before you may roleplay with him/her.

Please make sure that you are aware of the current restrictions on character applications by clicking here

Please refrain from posting images that are wider than 500 pixels.

NOTE: Your application will not be accepted if you are missing any vital pieces of information. Please try to fill in every section that is relevant to your character!

Basic Information

Name: Your character's full name, including any middle names. For Japanese names for humans, Quincy and Shinigami, please make sure to place the surname FIRST.

Age: Quite self-explanatory.

Gender: Is you character male or female?

Orientation: Straight/Gay/Bi etc.

Species: Human, Quincy, Shinigami or Hollow only please.


Species-Specific Information

FOR SHINIGAMI:
Zanpakuto's Name: Feel free to use a generator such as this one.

Level: What level is your Shinigami at? Can they release shikai? Please note that only Captain-level can release bankai!

Zanpakuto Abilities: Any abilities that your zanpakuto has.

FOR HOLLOW:
Ability Name: The name of any abilities your character has.

Abilities: Please describe the abilities of your Hollow.

FOR HUMANS:
Special Abilities: Does your character have any special abilities such as being able to see ghosts? Please try to keep these to a minimum in humans!

FOR QUINCY:
Weaponry: Please note here any particular details about your Quincy's weaponry etc.


Appearance

Play-by: If you wish to use a play-by from another anime/manga, please tell us here who they are and which anime/manga they come from.

Appearance: Please give at least one long paragraph description of what your character looks like, including things like height, hair colour/style, eye colour, any tattoos or markings they may have etc. Be as descriptive as you can ^_^


History/Personality

Family Members: Give details on any family members, or if none, please skip.

Short Biography: Tell us about your character: where are they from? How did they get to where they are now? This should be like a personal history, and be at least one long paragraph in length.

Personality: What is your character like? Tell us their good and bad points, such as snobbishness; they might be a bit of a bully, or not listen to other people's opinions. They might thinks of themselves as a saint while they're actually not very nice people. Or they might be genuinely nice people, who like looking after others. You can also tell us their likes and dislikes here. This section should be about two long paragraphs.
